Our ground school lessons insure all students and beginner pilots cover the concepts and knowledge needed.  We have our own syllabus or you can buy an online course from one of several flight schools and work on your own.  However, you will still need some ground school along the way.  These may be done individually or with other students depending on your schedule and subject matter.  If done as a group, the cost will be divided among the number of students attending.

Call for our latest hourly Airplane and Flight Instructor Rates.  The Instructor is an hourly rate for ground school or inflight lessons.  Flight lessons begin at the beginning of ground instruction* through the end of the debrief at the end of the flight lessons. $65/hr for CFI, $35/hr for CGIA

Our airplane rates are by the hour and are wet.**   We offer a:

•  Piper Cherokee 180, full IFR GPS glass panel, ADS-B In/Out with autopilot. $225/hr
•  Cessna 150, VFR with GPS and partial glass, with ADS-B In/Out $185/hr
•  Beechcraft  B95 multi engine that is full IFR GPS glass panel, ADS-B In/Out with autopilot. $400/hr

*Ground instruction is ground training in conjunction with the flight lesson and usually lasts 10 to 30 minutes.  Ground school is  classroom oriented and is associated with general knowledge and not a specific flight lesson.

**In aviation, "wet" means fuel is included in that price.  It is based on engine start time for the purpose of flight until engine shutdown at the end of the flight.   Oil is also included.  There are no hidden fees .
